Job Description |

|
|
Consultants and managers needed to perform implementation of information technology to support product development and innovation (PLM technology). These roles focus on understanding and improving our clients' Product Lifecycle Management processes and systems. Major responsibilities include:
- Assist in the implementation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
- Facilitate business process analysis and re-engineering efforts for client initiatives
- Recommend and educate client on PLM and New Product Development best practices, including new product introduction processes and product commercialization
- Design and configure PLM software solutions to incorporate new business processes
- Train client personnel in PLM software tool capabilities and functionality
- Perform data conversion design/loading activities
- Assist in designing and developing custom reports and queries
- Assist end users with conference room pilot and acceptance testing
- Must be willing to travel frequently - domestically and internationally - and stay at client location for extended periods of time

Requirements & Skills |
|
|
|
|
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or IT. MBA or graduate degree preferred
- Graduation in top 10% of class
- Knowledge of enterprise systems implementation; knowledge of PLM software preferred
- Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving abilities, strong business process analysis and design skills
- Fluent in English, excellent written English; knowledge of one other European or Asian language preferred
- Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines

Experience |
|
|
|
|
- Ideal candidates will have practical experience in one or more of the following areas: product design/development, product innovation, product management, engineering design tools (MCAD, ECAD), software development tools, formula management, packaging, artwork and label management, product data management systems, product portfolio management, or cross-functional product development collaboration
- 2 - 4 years previous work experience strongly preferred
- Previous consulting experience at a major consulting firm preferred
- Experience with leading and facilitating business requirements and business process definition, application design/configuration and integrated testing activities
- Experience with training and support of end-users

The junior technical writer is responsible for formatting and writing software eLearning storyboards for non-technical staff. The writer must adhere to existing standards to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of all documentation. The writer must also coordinate with the Instructional Designer and the production team as needed.

- Ability to write clearly with a strong understanding of English grammar and conventions
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff and clients
- Strong knowledge of the Windows Operating System, particularly Windows Explorer, and MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word
- Ability to understand quickly the technical informations
- Ability to manage reviews of own work and frequent updates to previous materials
- Familiarity with the use of in-house style guides
- The ability to successfully pass a government background investigation including good credit history
- Familiarity with online filing and naming conventions
- Knowledge of graphics applications
