Job Description |
|
|
|
|
 Consultant needed to assist in the implementation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry. Main responsibilities include:
- Facilitate business process analysis and re-engineering efforts for client initiatives. Recommend and educate client on CPG PLM and New Product Development best practices
- Understand impact of regulatory requirements.
- Advise on formula management best practices.
- Design and configure PLM software solutions to incorporate new business processes
- Train client personnel in PLM software tool capabilities and functionality
- Perform data conversion design/loading activities
- Assist in designing and developing custom reports and queries
- Assist end users with conference room pilot and acceptance testing.
- Must be willing to travel up to 80% nationwide

Requirements & Skills |
|
|
|
|
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or IT. MBA or graduate degree preferred
- Excellent understanding of PLM and CPG Industry trends and best practices
- Knowledge of PLM software solution capabilities, such as Agile, PTC Windchill, Matrix One, Team Center, Eigner, Dassault, Optiva, etc.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving abilities
- Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

Experience |
|
|
|
|
- Experience with formulation of products, formula management, regulatory management or packaging management
- Previous consulting experience is a plus
- 2 – 4 years previous experience with the PLM systems listed above
- 2 – 4 years work experience in the CPG Industry required
- Experience with PLM systems
- Experience with leading and facilitating business requirements and business process definition, application design/configuration and integrated testing activities
