He leads the firm's Product Lifecycle Management practice while serving clients in the High Technology, Semiconductor, Telecommunications, and other discrete manufacturing industries.

Education and Experience:
Prior to founding Kalypso, Bill was a partner at Deloitte Consulting where he spent eleven years serving clients across industries and business functions.
His expertise is in the transformation of organizations through broad based process reengineering and the application of PLM technology. His specific areas of focus include innovation & portfolio strategy, product development process improvement, engineering effectiveness, PLM systems implementation, supply chain reengineering, leadership alignment, and organizational change.
He received an MBA from the University of Texas and a BBA in Finance from Texas State University.

Bill has extensive experience in leading major consulting projects dealing with innovation strategies and product lifecycle management systems. He is a recognized thought leader, frequent speaker, and author on product development, lifecycle management, and multi-enterprise collaboration.
Outside the office:
Bill resides in the Texas Hill Country near Austin and San Antonio.
