Lee, a director with Kalypso, has 20 years of professional experience in management and consulting roles.
He manages large PLM and business transformation programs for Kalypso clients in the Technology and Consumer Packaged Goods industries. Lee has extensive experience working in process and discrete manufacturing environments, and a deep understanding of engineering management, PLM, and supply chain management.

Education and Experience:
Prior to joining Kalypso, Lee managed Applied Materials’ E-Business Group, where he led the strategy and execution of numerous IT initiatives, including implementations of Agile, MatrixOne, Oracle, and i2 Supply Chain solutions. Prior to his tenure at Applied Materials, Lee was Vice President of Engineering, Quality, and Business Development for Smith-Blair, a leading piping products manufacturer. In addition, Lee worked in the chemical process industry, holding various management roles at International Paper Company including engineering, R&D, manufacturing, product development, capital project management, and technical service.
Lee received an MS degree in Paper Science and Engineering from the Institute of Paper Science and Technology, and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin.
His work with Kalypso:
Lee manages large-scale business transformation programs for clients. His extensive product development process experience, coupled with his strong IT background, enables Lee to assist clients with both the business strategy and operational tactics needed to ensure program success. He has expert knowledge of Agile, in particular Agile PPM, and has served as an advisor to Agile Product Managers. Outside the office:
When Lee isn’t traveling for business, he frequently does so for pleasure. An avid Green Bay Packer and Texas Longhorn fan, he travels to as many away games as possible. He also spends time with his family and friends at his cabin in the mountains of New Mexico. He enjoys golf and furniture-making, but is waiting for an extension of the 24 hour day so that he can devote more time to these activities.
