Mick is the founding and managing partner of Kalypso Europe with over 30 years of professional experience in business management and consulting roles. He has extensive expertise within the Process industries.

Education and Experience:
Prior to founding Kalypso Europe, Mick held corporate positions in both technical and commercial functions at International Flavors & Fragrances, Quest International, The Coca-Cola Company, Hercules Incorporated, and Werberger Winery. Mick has long M&A and post-merger experience. He developed and implemented corporate-wide strategies
that earned him recognition for profit improvement and revenue growth.
As global category manager, Mick led the launch of new product lines that received US and European awards for innovation.
Mick has deep experience with the food, beverage, cosmetics, household and specialty chemical industries on all five continents. He lived and worked in Europe, Asia, North America and Latin America.
Mick has a BS in food technology, is alumnus from Nijenrode Business School, and holds a BS and MBA from University of Puget Sound.
His work with Kalypso:
Mick has led consulting projects for major clients in the CPG and process industries. “When we started the European office we knew we could offer our North American clients truly global service. We find that the reverse is true too: more than half of our European clients now also do business with us in North America”, he says about Kalypso Europe.
Outside the office:
As a former winemaker he is always searching for new wines. Mick loves to cook meals for his friends. Best of all he loves to share time with his two sons: traveling, sailing, hiking. Mick makes his home in the center of Amsterdam.
